Shipping & Delivery

If your order is over £100 then your order will be shipped free to anywhere in mainland UK. If your order is under £100 then you will be charged a £10 shipping fee.

All items are sent out on an insured next working day delivery service.

Alba Luggage does not share email address or any other informaion with any third parties.
Alba Lugagge does not store any payment card information.


Returns & Replacements

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. We make every effort to give you the best products and best internet ordering service, however occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something.

Therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

If we have sent you something in error or the product is faulty please follow the instructions below. If it is our fault, please be assured in addition to the process outlined below we will also cover all postage & packing costs.

How to return your order:

1. Please contact us, by email to tell us that you wish to return your product.
You can do this at info@albaluggage.com please quote your name, address and order reference number plus why you wish to return it.

2. We will issue you with a returns number, by return of email, to include with the products when you send it back. We cannot accept any returns without a valid returns number.

3. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and you must not use them. We cannot accept goods back that have been noticeably been worn.

4. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of Alba Luggage has signed for the delivery.

Again if the products are of high value we advise making sure that they are insured for the retail price when retuning them, we make sure of this when we send them to the customer at no extra cost.
