All our luggage brands come with a Manufacturer's Warranty against Manufacturing Fault for a period of anything between 3 to 10 years, sometimes longer. These typically do not include damage sustained in transit, (airline damage), the exception being Briggs and Riley who provide a no-questions-asked warranty with no time limit.

We impress on our customers to check their luggage upon arrival for damage and in such an event, to ask for a Baggage Irregularity Report from the airline concerned. More often than not, the airlines are insured against such losses and will reimburse you for repair or the replacement of the damaged suitcase. It is without doubt worthwhile getting that claim form.

Please do not rely on the manufacturer to repair or replace your travel-damaged luggage.
